It was a total blast having the Christmas party again at the jail last month, on Dec 22nd. Some of you may remember that a year earlier, with the 2024 Christmas party, I reported that while KJM, with the help of local churches, prepared 420 bags for the inmates, KJM pastors handed far more than that. So where did all the extra bags come from? After going over and over the numbers last year (at Christmas 2024), the only conclusion I could come to is that GOD did a loaves and fishes, and increased the number of bags. Here is an excerpt from KJM email blast #92, from December 26, 2024, about this first loaves and fishes miracle from the 2024 KJM Christmas party:

So, why do I bring this up now, a year later… Answer: because again, the KJM team was mystified at the 2025 KJM Christmas Party two weeks ago, that we were able to hand out three or four bags to nearly all of the jail inmates (I believe it was a rather small number of inmates “only” received two bags), for the second year in a row. In other words, we carefully prepared the amount of Christmas bags, 400, since there were that many inmates in the jail. But we handed out 2-4 bags to every inmate in the jail (again, the majority received 3-4).

The Christmas party was two weeks ago (Dec 22), right before Christmas. The party was in the evening, and during the day before the party, I was praying for the LORD to do another miracle with the Christmas party again this time in 2026. The reason this is such a big deal is that, to be honest, there is a bit of pressure, for a number of reasons, to do the Christmas bags pass-out really really well (such as that it’s really a big deal for the inmates, you would not believe how excited they get about it–to name just one reason). Many inmates are so poor that they’ve never received Christmas presents like the Christmas bags KJM gives them each year. So, I’ve really really wanted it spectacular for the inmates, if that’s what GOD wanted, also, and I’ve really prayed on this a lot leading into the Christmas parties each year. And for some reason, not only did GOD answer, but He had the desire to answer in a that I really would never have imagined. GOD is an overflowing GOD of increase.

So, back to this year, and the party two weeks ago… I was praying for GOD to do another miracle, but interestingly, I had this idea that GOD would not do the same miracle again (loaves and fishes) this years, since He already did that.

“Oh, He already did that, so I’d see it coming this time, but GOD likes to surprise me, so He won’t do that sort of miracle again this time.”

Not sure why I needed to think that (LOL), but I definitely did–forgetting that loaves and fishes miracles were a roughly regular miracle-type that GOD-Christ displayed during His incarnation (incarnation=Logos became flesh). Two loaves and fishes miracles are recorded in the Gospels, and several other increase miracles in Scripture. So, I am led to believe that there were many more such increase-miracles, of all sorts of sizes and types, maybe even daily. I say that because we see that sort of miracle a lot inside the jail, as many of our weekly email blasts stories cover (sign up here: ). And secondly, He is, of course, the GOD of increase (see John 3:30, among many other verses). So, meanwhile, my silly and puny mind-set was nevertheless sort of like this:

“Wonder what DIFFERENT miracle GOD will do at the Christmas party this year.”

But again, I believe GOD put that covering over me, to not let me see what was unfolding till after it became evident that something big was going on again.

I was assuming it would be a different miracle, and it’s interesting that GOD made my mind that way (see Luke 11:40), because it seems to me that GOD likes to catch me off guard, or, better said, to surprise me, as one of his apparently favorite ways to reveals His glory to me, shows Himself to me, as He does to all of us, and in all different sorts of ways (see Romans 1:20; Joel 2:28A; Isaiah 40:5, among many other verses). This seems to be sort of the same way GOD (Jesus) wanted to surprise everyone by raising Lazarus from the dead after he/Lazarus was dead for four days. So, I was really excited to see what miracles He would do this year, but the last thing I thought was that He’d do the same miracle. In fact, I did not start getting really really amazed at what was going on until much later into the evening, after we’d handed out three or four bags to so many inmates. Almost like I did not put 2 and 2 together to think about and realize what just happened. And I did not even start to put the math together in my mind until a few days later. The math was: we prepared 420 bags, that’s all we had, and there were a little under 400 inmates inside the jail, but we handed out 2-4 bags to all the inmates, where most received three or four. That is a small glimpse of GOD’s math, the true mathematics, which man does not understand much of yet.
